What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Currently we have two options for shipping. Royal Mail for small packages. The cost of this shipping method is £4.20 please note all orders below £12.00 will be eligible to use this shipping.

Parcel Force for large packages. The cost of this shipping method is £9.57 please note all orders will be eligible to use this shipping at your choice. Any orders over £12.00 have to use Parcel Force due to the size of the package. 

We also offer FREE shipping on all orders over £120.00

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept payment via PayPal for that added extra protection for both parties.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to process orders the same or next working day (excluding Mondays) Delivery time depends on delivery method chosen at checkout. We expect orders to be delivered within 1 – 3 days after they have been dispatched in mainland UK. If you have any questions about delivery please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I gain access to the discounted price range?

To gain access to our discounted price range. Please sign up for an account and there is an option to apply for the discounted price range.

If you have requested to gain access to our fabulous discounted range. We aim to process these requests within 2 hours Tuesday – Friday.

We need to verify if you are eligible and we have to do this manually. We thank you for your patience.

In order to gain access to our discounted range you will have to be assigned a new user role. On default you will be assigned as a customer. If you are eligible and approved you will receive an email saying your new role is now a wholesale customer.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

After you place your order online. You will receive an email with all details about your order. We will also include an invoice within your order.
